5. Service Delivery

• Craft Dot Web will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Services in a timely manner, but does not guarantee any specific results or timelines.
• Craft Dot Web will provide regular progress reports to the Client detailing the work done and the results achieved.

6. Ownership

• All backlinks acquired as part of the Services will be the property of the Client.
• Craft Dot Web retains the right to showcase the work done for the Client for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality

• Craft Dot Web and the Client agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the provision of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Craft Dot Web’s liability to the Client is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the Services.
• Craft Dot Web is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the Services.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
• Upon termination, the Client will pay Craft Dot Web for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law
